Cucumber and lemon sharbat’ helps prevent dehydration

Cucumber and lemon help keep the body hydrated and cool from within. Preparing a refreshing sharbat with these two ingredients can provide relief from heat while also offering health benefits. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients: Fragrant lemon (finely chopped) – ½ cup. Young cucumber (peeled and finely chopped) – ½ cup. Chopped green chilli – ½ teaspoon. Chopped mint leaves – 2 tablespoons. Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons. Salt – ½ teaspoon. Sugar – 1 cup. Cold water – 4 cups. Crushed ice – 1 cup.

Method: Except for the crushed ice, blend all the ingredients together in a blender.

Pour the mixture into glasses, add the crushed ice, mix well, and serve chilled.
