Raw mango sharbat helps with weight loss

Nutritionists say raw mango contains a variety of nutrients, including vitamins C, K, A and B6, as well as folate, magnesium and potassium. Because raw mango is not very sweet, it contains relatively less sugar, making it suitable for people who are dieting. Raw mango sharbat is also known to provide relief from heat during hot weather.

Ingredients: Raw mango – 1 cup. Mint leaves – to taste. Black salt – as required. Water – 3 glasses.

Method: Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a glass and garnish with mint leaves before serving. If you prefer it chilled, keep the prepared sharbat in the refrigerator for a short time before serving.
